While Propact is in pre-launch, we collect limited information, including:

  • Waitlist details: the email address you submit to join the waitlist.
  • Attribution data: the campaign parameters (UTM tags) and referring page associated with your visit, so we understand how people find us.
  • Technical data: a one-way, salted hash of your IP address (we do not store your raw IP), your browser’s user-agent string, and standard analytics events if you accept cookies.

2. How we use your information

  • To add you to, and manage, the waitlist and early-access programme.
  • To notify you when early access opens (you can opt out at any time).
  • To understand traffic sources and improve the website and product.
  • To detect and prevent spam, abuse, and security incidents.

3. Cookies and analytics

We use non-essential cookies and analytics only after you accept them via our cookie banner. If you decline, no analytics or marketing cookies are set. We use:

  • PostHog for product and website analytics.
  • Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and TikTok advertising pixels for measuring and improving our marketing, loaded only with your consent.

4. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate, including Supabase (database hosting), PostHog (analytics), Meta and TikTok (advertising, with consent), and Resend (email delivery), each bound to handle data on our behalf.

5. Overseas disclosure

Some of our providers store or process data outside Australia (for example, database hosting in [HOSTING REGION] and analytics in the United States). Where this occurs, we take reasonable steps, consistent with APP 8, to ensure your information is handled appropriately.

6. Security and retention

We take reasonable steps to protect your information from misuse, loss, and unauthorised access. We keep waitlist information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, and we delete or de-identify it when no longer needed.
